Directions for Use:
Take Vita D3 Oral Shot as advised by your physician. Shake well before use. You may also mix the dose with a small amount of cold or lukewarm food immediately before use. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner.
Don’t exceed the recommended dose.
Storage:
- Store at room temperature between 59-86 ̊F (15-30 ̊C).
- Protect from heat and moisture.
